History
The home initially had a white façade, but it was changed sometime after 2018. This is what the home looked like prior to its refacing.

309 Lansdowne was built sometime before 1909, since it's featured on the 1908 map of Haverford. The Rawson family was the first to live there, and they lived there at least by 1909, when James is listed as treasurer for the Citizens' Association of Llanerch in a plan to "banish mosquitoes".

Charles died in 1954. The house transferred to Ethel following his death. The home was sold in 2008 to Jae Hyek Lee for $320,000, and later to realtor developer Jonathan Anyumba in 2010 for $365,000.
